Vinsantos Presents: Living with the Undead

Post-Queer Underground Drag Legend and Cabaret Chanteuse, Vinsantos, has an axe to pick and a bone to grind in “Living with the Undead.

On September 6th, he was to pack his bags and head out on tour opening for his favorite Post-Punk idols, Bauhaus. Just days before the tour was set to launch, the band’s historically troubled lead singer, Peter Murphy, was once again checked into a rehab facility. The entire tour was canceled leaving Vinsantos, the band, the crew, and the audiences bereft in deathly bloom. His suitcases were already full of costumes, gear, and merchandise. He had a decision to make. He could stay home and wallow in misery, or he could take that misery to the stage and share it with friends, family, and fans alike. This intimate cabaret show features original live music, storytelling, fancy costumes, and a lot of makeup. Vinsantos will also reveal untold stories of life on the road and the behind-the-scenes antics that have transpired over the years spent working with his teen idol.
