With the loss of her mom, Helen, (and Helen’s comforting Bronx words of wisdom,) Coco has been left feeling hopeless and tense nowadays in this fucqed up world where we always take steps back, and so, obsessed with pushing forward and reclaiming our innate magical powers, she’s inviting you to join her on this bewitching quest. Through storytelling and song, Coco continues her 35 years tradition of creating an entertaining and heartfelt group therapy session where it’s her turn to talk.

Miss Coco Peru (aka Clinton Leupp) has been a household name in the LGBTQ+ community for 35 years. She began her career as a downtown favorite in NYC’s cabaret world. Since then, she has spread the word of Coco in her numerous award-winning one-person shows across the globe as well as appearances on TV and Film.

Coco’s long history of passionate activism, unflagging support of the LGBTQ+ community, unhoused youth and fierce dedication to AIDS-related charities earned her the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s Board of Directors Award.
