If you’d like to coordinate group seating, please email boxoffice@sfoasis.com in advance with your show date and all names used for ticket purchases and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Availability for seating requests made upon arrival on the night of the event cannot be guaranteed. 

*Please note that all tickets within your group must be in the same ticketing tier (General Admission cannot be seated with Premium Runway Seating, etc.) 

We highly encourage you to email ahead for any group seating requests. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a performance, we cannot guarantee seating availability within your specified section. At that point, an usher will direct you to any available seating.

Tickets are non-refundable. You may transfer unused tickets to a future event on our calendar at sfoasis.com/events. Please email boxoffice@sfoasis.com for assistance.
